Consuming raw products such as uncooked meat, seafood, shellfish, eggs, and unpasteurized milk is not bad, it will only increase the risk of foodborne illness.

What's Gluten-Free?

All toppings are gluten-free except the extra options. In our proteins, only the ahi tuna, fresh salmon, chicken breast, and shrimp are gluten-free. In sauces only the spicy yuzu, spicy mayo, and sweet chili are gluten-free.
